Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. I have the right to refuse any request that would make me uncomfortable.
2. I need your approval on the sketches before I can start completing the commission. If there is a delay in your response, the delivery of the final commission will also be delayed accordingly.
3. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.PAYMENTS
Payments must be paid in full and upfront before I start working on the commission.REVISIONS
Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase.
(Up to 3 Minor Revisions, Only 1 Major Revision)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Waiting time may vary. However, actual turnaround will be up to 14 days.
2. Kindly take note that I have multiple clients, and to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first.
3. If you wish to expedite the commission process, you may request to be placed on priority status. (minimum +50% of original price)USE
You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist, I retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned work. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation only. It is strictly prohibited for clients to commercially use, reproduce, distribute, and/or modify the commissioned work without my prior written permission. I also retain the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio or on my social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on my part. Please note that all sales are final.COMMUNICATION
